The Rules of Engagement.

Welcome to Tatweer Core. By accessing our website, purchasing our services, or subscribing to our SaaS products ("Services"), you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

  • "Custom Services" refers to bespoke software development projects tailored for a specific client.
  • "SaaS Products" refers to our subscription-based software (e.g., Darul Ifta CMS, School LMS) hosted by us.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights

  • For Custom Services: Upon full payment, Tatweer Core grants you full ownership of the developed source code, unless otherwise specified in the project contract. We retain the right to reuse generic code libraries (our "Core" boilerplate).
  • For SaaS Products: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software. You do not own the source code, infrastructure, or underlying logic.

3. SaaS Subscriptions & Payments

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance (Monthly/Yearly).
  • Late Payment: We reserve the right to suspend access to SaaS products if invoices remain unpaid for 14 days past the due date.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months, but we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new SaaS subscriptions.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our SaaS products.
  • Use our services for any illegal activities or to transmit malicious code.
  • Resell our SaaS accounts without a formal White Label agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • "As Is" Basis: Our services are provided "as is". While we strive for 99.9% uptime, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to the nature of the internet.
  • Data Loss: While we perform regular backups, Tatweer Core is not liable for data loss caused by user error, compromised passwords, or force majeure events.

6. Termination

  • By You: You may cancel your SaaS subscription at any time via the Client Portal.
  • By Us: We may terminate your access immediately if you violate these Terms (e.g., misuse of API, non-payment).

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan/UAE, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
